2013 Forest River Grey Wolf Travel Trailer

Hi all, I'm new here and I've been looking at the Grey Wolf and would like a few opinions.
I live in B.C Canada and my plan is to park this, live in it for a year then start traveling.
How are they to live in through the winters?
Are there any issues I would need to know about?
Will anything freeze below the trailer?

I have a 13 grew wolf 25rr. your fresh, grey, and black water tanks are under the trailer, not sure how you would keep them from freezing. not sure about putting engine block heaters in the tanks. if you hooked up to city water via a hydrant. if it froze you would just be out of luck cause the hydrant would freeze. best thing I can think of is to skirt the trailer and find some safe way to have heat under the trailer to keep tanks and lines from freezing

So I went to the dealership today to take a really good look at this unit.
I was pretty amazed about the poor structure from the bed frame to some of the ply that's used in the unit.
Has anyone else noticed this or had troubles with it?
