2015 Cardinal 5th Wheel A/C filters

We purchased a 2015 Cardinal 5th wheel 3850RL several months ago and there are no filters behind any of the return air vents. The dealer insists we have them but all vents have been checked. Just wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem.

When we purchased our 2014 Cardinal 3450RL we, too, found that there were no filters behind the vent covers. Went to Home Depot and purchased the size needed and installed them ourselves. Very easy to do.

Of course, the dealer is going to tell you that they should be there already, but you know how that goes

Thanks for letting me know I'm not the only one. The dealer, who is in another town, asked me to send pictures to show there are no filters. I did contact Forest River and they said to have the dealer order them. Your suggestion of installing them myself sounds the quickest way to go.
