2016 fr3 norcold refrig. No power

Does anyone have any tricks to getting the power up and running to the fridg.??? We have tried everything and cannont get the power on. I have even unplugged the fridge and re plugged into another working power source and it still will not go on. Will not turn on neither with propane or electric. The coach has both power and propane in it. Seems like plug in frige compartment outside is dead, but when plugged into another source, still will not produce power to the fridge. HELP!!!!

Do you have 12 volts to the control board?

Have you checked the 12 volt fuses on the board?

If I remember right there is also a 3amp fuse on the circuit board check this with a meter.
