2016 Salem Hemisphere side skirt concerns

On 272 RLIS the side skirts running the length of coach become slightly wavy in full sun/hot day--when viewed from angle--along the vertical. Appear to be made of aluminum when viewed from underneath coach. PROBLEM---- A 7/8 inch or so "molding" strip runs directly above the side skirts and factory ran a silicone bead on both sides on the horizontal the entire length of coach. Bead is atop the molding and connected to fiberglass siding. As waves (about every 8-10 inches) develop they are pulling the molding away from siding. As it cools it lays back down more or less, but has now left small incremental gaps without silicone for water to penetrate in rain.....re--silicone will not stop the constant distortion/flattening back and re-tearing silicone. What if water enters behind skirt directly where it meets the fiberglass siding??
