2017 Rockwood Outlets No Power

I have a 2017 Rockwood Forest River Ultra Lite Fifth wheel 8244. Never had any electrical issues until now. Hooked up to Shore current and no longer have power to any outlets. Checked breakers, checked GFCI, which both show yellow and changed every fuse. The GFCI breaker when switched off an on turns the plug red for a second then back to yellow.
Everything but those appliances that have plugs work. Not sure if I'm missing something.

Are you sure you have shore power?

It's plugged in, but it probably isn't right (family member installed).
Question; If I'm running just on the battery, even though plugged in to the house, would it still read on the panel ? I have lights, AC and radio etc ... fridge clicks trying to bypass to propane, TV, microwave of course and plugs are not.

Also, we hooked up to a generator 3500-4500 and still the same

1. Your air conditioner works but your microwave doesn't??

2. Don't waste time with fuses. Unrelated.

Yep... figured that out after swapping the all. It's quite possible that the house current is not providing correct voltage. I was hoping for a reset button that we missed. Apparently, it's not the RV but the house current that's causing the problem... Thanks

I would check any adapters and the cord you are using if didn't work on generator also. Could be a bad main breaker I get 5+ a month new out of box that are bad.

Check power coming to main breaker. 120V if it's there, you may have lost a neutral somewhere. My 2018 did it after two times out. Took 3 days tearing the insides out to find it.

Thanks, never thought about dog-bone being bad. Also, going double check house current.

Be careful

If it is wired wrong you could get a shock if you touch the trailer frame while grounded.

Again, thanks to all
Update, in case someone else is having the same problem.
Bought new dog-bone. RV supplier was a great help. There are two fuses on the Convertor which need to be checked. Also, need to have 120 volts of house power. Going from a 30 amp to a 40 amp breaker insures this.
I will test the house current next then each of the RV breakers just in case. Crossing fingers for a simple fix, but I sure am learning a lot.

I'd be a little leery about going to a 40 amp breaker. Who told you this? If you have a 30 amp service you need to be hooked up to a 30 amp breaker, not 40. If things aren't working right it's nothing to do with breaker size. You have problems elsewhere.
