Is there an access door in front of your shower ? If so take the trap off and see if anything lodged in the trap.

I believe it probably looks like this pic under the floor (only without the line coming in from the left side):

Did you open the link to their website that I provided?

Thanks again. I think you are right and this is what I have. I am surprised that there was no mention of the drainage system details in the manufacturer's documents as I can and do read such things before asking for help. Thank you.

I'm not surprised. They never tell you much of anything.

I would try turning shop vac so it blows rather than sucks and hold a rag around the hose to make a tight fit and blow air in the drain .

A good blow on the trap might dislodge the construction debris. I agree.

I was thinking with some water in the shower a plunger might get things moving.

Just a quick update from the dealer for all those who tried to help me with the shower drain.
I must say we are really pleased with our dealership. They have been easy to work with. They even have you schedule 90 days out from delivery to make list of items that need repairs.

We leave for our 2nd trip 6 hours away next Friday so I’m hoping it’s successful and safe.

I would ask the dealer if he could possibly create an access panel to install the valve under the shower, this would serve 2 purposes, 1, it would speed up the repair, 2, you would have an access panel for any other things in the future you want to do under there, like check for a leak, or replace any drain lines.

They may have a panel they could install over a hole they cut.

just a thought
