Finally got the 2nd year warranty situation under control and handled.

My dealer was slow in getting my sale recorded with FR and they sent my check back to my dealer (who never called me to tell me they had the check) and I was wondering for 2 weeks what the H%$@ happened to the check. Finally talked to Rhonda, she found the "not reported yet" problem, I called the dealer, they will get it handled right away and Oh by the way your check is here
and they will send it in. 2......2 weeks later, good grief, Rhonda calls and tells me the check is in her office and I'm good to go. Papers on the way. Basically, all the frustration and phone calls and non notification, etc. was absolutely unnecessary. I just don't get it. If I ran my business that way I would be looking for new work. All dealers should remember we are the cheapest and best advertisement they can get. OR the best worst. We get a lot of referrals in our store and that's the way it should be. Thank you Rhonda for taking care of my needs.
