3 more days

We pick up our new Rockwood Windjammer 3025w in exactly 3 more days. We haven't been able to sleep hardly. Ha Ha. I've gone over my truck 5 times already to ensure everything is ready. We have to load the truck with all the stuff that will be needed to camp for a couple of days and load it in the TT at the dealer.

The DW bought a all new 4 piece dishware set for it also. 2 days camping then home to re-group, and then hopefully a 7 day trip right after we get home. Can't wait.

Sigh! Have fun in your new unit- good looking floor plan. May the time fly by to get it and drag while you are camping!

Ours will be delivered in three days! I'm in the same boat you are...fixing up the truck, can't sleep! Driver called today to let me know he was rolling out and on his way across country.

We get our new Roo on Tuesday. I am also very excited. I've shopped like a a maniac and we bought a tow vehicle last week. We have to wait to do our first camping due to having a high school senior with way too many obligations right now, but I'll be sleeping in my driveway on Mother's Day for sure. Congrats on the new Camper.

it's so exciting isn't it? Ours was on the lot and just needed to be prepped. I can only imagine how exciting it would have been to have ordered it from the factory. Very cool.

Lots of good times are ahead with your new camper! Going camping right away should be helpful and lots of fun.

Ours MAY arrive today. Delivery driver was in Memphis yesterday at noon, probably stopped around Texarkana for the night.

Yes it's going to be a good shake down cruise. We have about a 225 mile trip home, and that includes 2 major grades to climb, lots of two way highway, and lots of curvy roads through the redwoods with roads that are very narrow. I can't wait. I'm definitely up for the challenge. Since My first experience towing with our last TT, I found that I really like to tow.

Hope you have a great time in yours, I bet you feel the same way.

^^^^^ Yep! OMG this Jammer is soooooooo nice. we stayed an extra night as well. We leave for home tomorrow.

We towed it hear with my Nissan Titan. I was over weight, but it handled the Jammer just fine, but the DW gave me the ok to look at trucks, and we came back yesterday with a brand new Dodge 2500 hd diesel crew cab reg bed 4x4.

I'm the luckiest guy on the planet. Can't wait to see how it tows tomorrow.

How bout you guys? Everything going ok?

Ours was delivered to the house on Monday. We've been loading in all of the gear from the trailer ever since.

Like we, we looooove our new trailer! All of the neighbors have come over to see it as well. Any issues with your shake down cruise, Jammer?

Jammer3025, congratulations on the new RV and TV. Lots of great places to camp in your area. Our first trip with our new toy hauler was to Samoa to play in the sand. Not much of a camp ground, but with 5 other RVs we made a big square with the fire pit in the middle. Had a great time.

Congrats on the new Jammer and Ram! As a word of caution, check your owners manual about towing before your Ram is broken in properly. I've got an '06 and it had some specific break in instructions such as not towing within the first 1000 miles or so. If your new Ram has the same recommendation and you can't avoid towing with the truck at this point, I would try to be as conservative as possible in getting your new toys home. Again, congrats and happy trails!
