30 amp fuse blown twice now

on our last camping trip. i decided to lower the electric stabilizer jacks on my 5 th wheel. the rocker switch(in side storage compartment) for both front and rear jacks did not work . How ever, The remote did !! A blown 30 amp fuse was found near the front battery compartment.. replaced it with a good one and camped for 2 more days everything ok. When we went home . i Put the 5th wheel in our driveway, and decided to "open" the slide outs. Again nothing with the rocker switchs on the wall inside ...yet the remote worked and the slideouts came out .And the same 30 amp fuse was blown a 2nd time..????
