6 point level

Having an issue with the six point leveling system. Worked great in driveway but when we went to use it at campground it faults out. Says left front jack needs to be retracted so I did that but the code won't go away? Anyone have any ideas? If not I have to in as the norcold over temp sensor has it so we can't use the fridge either. Everything worked on my pdi 3 weeks ago now issues. The thrills of a new unit!

I don't have an answer as I just got the 6 point LCI hydraulic leveled installed but can you post the ultimate resolution in case I run into it at point.

I would pressing the test breaker near the pump then resetting it. But no clue if that would resolve it or not.

If the nose of the camper cannot dip below the "level" plane, it will "error" out. My Montana does that. I have to switch to manual mode to level it.
Then check the two inline 10a fuses to see if they have blown. If still having problem and won't retract, contact the dealer as there is a way to manually take off the cables from the terminals to "jump" the pump to manually retract the legs.

Nose was below level. When we got home after the weekend it still had the fault code and only allows me to manually run the leveling jacks.

My camping buddy has had two motherboards in his brand new KZ Durango with the 6 point system. That is how I know there is a way to manually jump the terminals to bring the jacks up.

Oh they still work using the buttons in the "manual mode" but won't allow the unit to self level, drop front jacks to ground auto, or auto retract. Had four point in last unit and it was great and this work great in driveway two times but got to campground and it did not work just beeps and tells me the left front is not retracted when it is all the way up.

May be a bad sensor for the left front jack then. Won't relay message of extension or contraction of that cylinder.

Killed the power , unhooked battery just to be sure for 5 min message still there when I hooked back up and turned on.
Bad sensor would make sense since it doesn't matter what position that jack is in.

Still very well be a motherboard issue. Call the dealer and if not satisfied with what they say, call Lippert directly. They will have someone call you back if they can't answer it when on the phone.
