A/C cycles before shutting off

My new 2015 Surveyor Cadet 321BHTS has an A/C glitch that concerns me and I am looking for ideas. As it approaches the set "cycle off" temperature, it will turn off for about 3-5 seconds and come back on. It will do this several times before it will finally cycle off properly. The controlled area is almost too cool so the system is doing it's job keeping us comfortable.

It almost seems like a thermostat control type problem but the Dometic #3313192 thermostat is a data control (the digital unit you punch buttons on) and the main controller unit is remote, in the ceiling I think.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

Although I don't have a digital thermostat, I was just reading the owners manual on the Dometic yesterday trying to help another member. As I was doing research, I came across these couple of posts (two links below) of when the fan transitions from high speed to low momentarily stops.

Maybe, it's the same as your situation:

I used to be addicted to time travel, but that's all in the past now.
