A few noob questions

almost 60 and finally gave up the tent..found a fixer upper 2004 Surveyor SL180T...after getting past the floor repairs everything else has been downhill, but I have some questions.
1. have a new refrig vent..right size and all, but what do I use to fill/seal the screw holes (caulk, putty??? give me brand etc)
2. will the roof support me and if so what do I need to do to the roof as far as routine maintenance, seal, etc...
3. I think the water leaks have been fixed by the PO but it has set up for 3 years. found and fixed a few minor leaks, but what to look for. the window weep holes were the worst culprit.
4. Most of my camping will be now through April, while most of you will be drydocked...later on I will be asking about winter camping and how to prepare for it, but if there is a thread here please head me that direction.

thanks in advance
