For an RV you need either Good Sam or Coach Net. I have Good Sam. It seems all of my calls have been with the Vehicles. The latest was a blown water pump on my '14 RAM in the open desert east of Indio about 30 miles. Temp was 109. Called Good Sam and they had me on their map. The delay came when their vendors couldn't find a Flat Bed that could handle a RAM CC dually. Their first choice couldn't do the job. After a couple hours a truck showed up. He as assigned the call by the Allstate Motor club! Obviously they all backup each other. Allstate responded to a Good Sam call. The driver said that he had a Credit Card number so he was happy.

Good Sam contracts with Allstate to provide services. I have been on the road since July 10 and so far I have had a flat tire (picked up a screw in the tread). Called Good Sam they got roadside service to me in a reasonable time. Cost me $15 to fix the tire and Good Sam paid the rest. Last week I lost a wheel bearing and called Good Sam for a referral to roadside service expecting that they would not pay for the service call. Turns out that they paid $310 for the service call and I only paid for the parts and repairs. Previously I had used Good Sam twice for a dead battery (once in Canada and once in Cleveland). I was thinking of dropping it because I wasn't using it. This trip has more than repaid my premiums.

No it isn't, but Good Sam is part of Camping World.

From my understanding, Good Sam and Coach Net are the only two that will tow your TV AND your camper to a place to be repaired. AAA may do it, but I have never heard of the doing it.
My Aunt had her trailer and TV towed 600 miles in Alaska with Good Sams, didn't pay one dollar.

We've had all three and in our experience AAA gave us the best service and the cost to add our trailer to our existing plan was minimal.

I have had coach-net for 4 years. Used them 4 times for flat tires. Great service.

Roadside Assistance from RV Insurance Carrier

Yeah. I have Nationwide for my auto & RV coverage and earlier this year during a policy review, my agent told me roadside assistance for the RV was included in the premium. The auto roadside policy was an additional cost, but not nearly the price of the AAA Plus RV policy. I would suggest everyone look into their RV policy and see what's included. Might just save you a few bucks.

After the comments of the CEO of Camping World (which owns Good Sam Club) I will not be renewing my Good Sam Membership OR Roadside Assistance.

Coach-Net will have my business from now on.

Yeah, I am switching to Coach Net and I just unsubscribed from Camping World emails.

I believe in Free Speech so I don't mind him voicing his opinions. I don't want to be anywhere if I am not welcome. I also believe in Freedom of Assembly so after 20 years or more I will not be assembling with Good Sam.

It took a some searching but I finally found what you were talking about Delco Bobby, when my Good Sam expires (Both Good Sam Premium and Travel Assist) we will not renew if he is still CEO.

I'm working on cutting too.

It's a dream, a fantasy, but I would like to be involved in a movement against CW. So big it would make them stand up and notice. We're talking BIG.

I have already cut ties with C/W. This country was founded on free speech. I may not like what you say but you have a right to say it. Just my two cents

Two threads were closed by the moderators so I didn't want to be controversial in my comments.
