Adding an ouside stove

Hi all,
I kept the outside stove from our Coleman Pop Up with thoughts of using it on out 08 Surveyor 233T. I was able to buy the fixture that mounts on the trailer that will allow the outside stove to attach to. My concern is the attaching the fixture / rail to the trailer. I will assume that there are correct spots to attach to that will support the weight of the stove but never having drilled into the side of the trailer I am a little nervous. Do you have any advise or suggestions or info on doing this ?
