Air bed and Mattress

We have 2013 Windjammer 3008. I don't like the air mattress, we are on the third one now. Two went during the warranty period. I have been thinking about solutions 1) Replace the sofa with one that can convert to a bed with a mattress 2) Don't use the airbed, buy a mattress and put it on the current pull out (Store the mattress in the bedroom when not in use). Has anyone done something similar or have another solution?
John

I don't have a solution for sorry...but I also don't like the air mattress so I would like to know some solutions as well. Had we not bought a used camper I would have made sure it didn't have an air mattress in the couches.

I was also tired of replacing air bed mattresses. And really tired of kids or company waking up in the middle of the night on a flat mattress so this is what I did! I ordered a 6 inch memory foam mattress from Walmart(cost about $130) It is fantastic to sleep on and even though I have to leave it on the fold out sofa while we have company, I will never go back to an air mattress. Including a couple pics so you folks get an idea of what I am talking about!
