Some of you may recall a previous post of mine with a couple of pics showing the cracked tires that came on my new 21rr Grey Wolf. After I discovered their condition I contacted the dealer and he told me I could bring the 21rr back and they could send in the tires and see if they would replace them. He told me it would take about two weeks and it would have been about a 180 mile round trip times two for me. After we talked a bit he gave me a phone number for Lionshead Tire and suggested I talk to them. At Lionshead I talked to a wonderful lady named Brenda that said she would ship me four new tires right away. She was true to her word and in two days I had the tires and had them mounted and balanced and had metal valve stems installed. For peace of mind I bought a Tire Traker TPMS.
Today I received an email from Brenda saying they had received my DOT cutouts from the cracked tires and they would be sending me a $60 customer appreciation check. I don't know of any way service could be better than this.
