That has to be one of the nicest places I've ever seen

I used to live there and visit often now. Always feel safe downtown, day or night. I'm not seeing it, either.

I'm seeing a lot of gravel. On those sites, is there any grass?

Every site in this upper section has some very nice, thick grass, but not a lot. Can't park on it, but you can put your chairs on it. The landscaping in the entire park is just immaculate.

Every time a camper pulls out, they rake the site, sweep cobwebs from under the picnic table and wipe down the utilities, even the sewer cap. Amazing.

These sites with the balconies have the least amount of grass because most folks would rather sit on the balcony. Non-balcony sites have larger yards.Click image for larger version

We've stayed at Campfire Lodgings, just north of Asheville; similar prices and views. Absolutely love the area and campground. campfirelodgings.com

Yep, we've been there a couple of times, too.
