Question Antenna 2017 question

We are new to camping and purchased a 2017 Rockwood 2604ws and consistently we are told "our antenna is up" when we are leaving a campsite. As far as we know, there is no way to put the antenna down. Is this something we should be doing to put it down?
Thanks for your help!

In the coach directly under the antenna there will be a crank on the ceiling if the antenna is a crank up type. If there is no crank the antenna may well be a fixed type. I have seen some of the fixed type antennas that are rather tall so that may be the case here.

Ours is a newer trailer and the antenna is a fixed one as well. Sits about 6-12 inches up from the ceiling. Old one had the crank style but I guess the new better quality ones are what we now have
