any dealings with dealer Dennis Dillon?

Hi everyone since dealers were brought up I have a question some of you may able to answer and that is my dealer went out of business by court order and a east coast or Midwest dealer named Dennis Dillion has taken over. Has anyone had any dealings with them in sales or service and how was it. Thanks for any replies positive or negative.

We bought our Berkshire XL 40RB at DDRV in Westminster, Ca. I have to say that the sales and service are both the worst experience we have ever had. Nether one knows how to make a phone call or return one for that matter. It took the sales department 2weeks to get the financing, we have good credit.
We had to take it back in for repairs that where to be completed before the sale. The service department did not call us. I called them the day before we where to pickup our coach, they said it will tack another week. Well 3week later they still had not fixed it. Mike at FR gave the name of a place that is closer to our home to take it and have the work completed the right way.
So in short. Stay Away from them.

DV_Rob. Where was the place Mike from FR told you to take your rig for service ? Thanks for your reply about DDRV. As I stated we bought our rig from McMan RV same location. I stopped by DDRV when they moved in and they said they honor our extended warranty from McMan. So we thought great we won't have to hunt for some place who would honor the warranty if any would. But it looks like we will have to find someplace else for service as I don't want to wait weeks for repairs. Thanks again

So far the only thing I have to say is be patient. They are not good at calling to give you updates. Three weeks and I have had to call them, they have not called me except to return a call. They still have not given me a date that it will be done.
