So cool to see all the geocachers on this forum! DH and I found out about geocaching from my brother when he came to visit us Christmas 2013. Now, with just over 1-1/2 years caching, we have over 3700 finds! Guess you could say we are crazy about the sport. We've also gotten DH's brother and his wife involved in the sport and now we plan camping vacations around geocaching all the time! Caching has taken us to some really cool off the beaten road places even in our own neck of the woods. We would never have found these without geocaching. We are camping in Gulf Shores, AL this week and the state park here is filled with the most awesome geocaches! There are well over 100 in the park alone. We also highly recommend attending events. We have met some really awesome people that we now camp and cache with all the time. Look around for local geocaching groups on Facebook and join up! Have fun and cache on! Our geo nick is Zargonians of course!

Add 2 more to the group. We even geocache while atv'ing out in the desert. It's amazing what you can learn about an area with notes describing the caches.

Not as often as I wish I could. Need to upgrade my handheld, phone doesn't cut it in most cases.

My wife is so into it......I'm thinking there should be a 12 step program for some Geocachers.

Ha Ha. I read this site and thought it was so interesting, I downloaded the intro app. Can't wait to get out there and try it with the wife. Thanks FRF!

We should start our own Facebook page so we can keep up with each other!
