Can you give us the menu structure to find it? I'm not finding it with the APP, but maybe it's not accessible this way.

Thanks

While we camp I geocache all the time. That was one of the reasons of camping with the kids when they were younger. They loved to explore new places and be on new adventures. Caching would bring us to many places we would not of know of otherwise. I don't cache as often as I used to since the kids are grown up and the new job but I still manage to get a few now and then. Just got back from camping at Sunset S.B. near Watsonville, Ca and found a few caches while we were there. There is a CITO event happening at the Castle Air Museum near Atwater, CA that involves camping too. If you want to check it out go to Geocaching.com and enter this # GC60KKV. This event is sponsored by M.A.C. (Merced Area Cachers)

Happy geo-camping to you.

I still use my little Magellan handheld unit when I know I'm going somewhere. I upgraded from a tiny flip phone to a Samsung Galaxy 3 just so I could geocache on the fly with the phone app.

It's kinda fun to creep out the rest of the family when they ask what you did over the weekend and you say you were digging through the bushes at 15 cemeteries ;-)

I can access the group via internet but not via the Forest River app. Pretty strange - I wonder if it is waiting to be approved. Anyway thanks for creating the group. I'll sign up soon.

I wonder if there is something I need to do to get it on the app? I'll take another look. It's the first time I've seen the groups so if anyone out there is a pro, let me know.

I don't find any of the "social" groups on the APP.

I'll look at it, but the mobile app, as with any app is going to be extremely limited as in what content it can provide to keep it lean.

You can always use the web version, even on your phone....but then you have to do all the scrolling and moving to see everything on the small screen. That's always going to be the trade for the app vs the full site.

Does anyone do something called "Earth Caching"? A camping buddy was telling me about it- it's like geocaching, but you find unique geological/natural sights. He was explaining an "underground waterfall" somewhere in IL.

Sounded neat and I think I'd like it a little better than looking for caches of trinkets. (Says the guy who has never geocached.)
