Question Anyone camp at Nascar RV resort Grand Haven MI?

Thank you for your imput. I am considering camping at "Nascar" RV resort in Grand Haven, MI Anyone have any experience there? It is owned by Morgan RV resorts, I think it used to be a Jellystone resort but I am not sure. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you good people of the forum. Happy Camping!

nascar rv

Hi the easiest way to put this is avoid any facility that has Morgan RV's name attached to it. We presently reside in one of their parks. Our park model is up for sale. If I could move I would. They have a hard time holding on to staff here especially managers. Five managers in since 2008. Ours is not the only park that is having problems. Do your research. When you get there they are going to try and get you to join their version of time share. In my opinion it is not a good deal as well as my lawyers. Good luck.

We used to stay there all the time when it was a Jellystone. Around half the park was seasonal. The regular full hookup sites were on the small side, however, there are some nice larger sites. All in all, it was a nice park, but I have no idea what it's like now.

Drive hard and fast away form this and any Morgan RV.

We stayed in 2010 and 2011. in 2010 we had a Bad experience with the septic, the Manager at that time was VERY understanding and helpful. offered a weekend on the resort to come back, we did and had a GREAT time. He really went out of his way all the time to make sure not only us but the entire group had a GREAT time. he said he was going to be there only if the company fixed the problems in the "resort". guess I should have canceled when I found out he was gone. now, some new "manager" is there and well we wont be going back. I am on the lookout for that manager from 2010 hope he in in a better place.
