We go I-75 to 411 then in Townsend TN. turn Left on 321. This comes in at Pigeon Forge highway 441. there you can go

right or left to your destination.

Watch the signs when going thru Maryville Tn. Enjoy

Easiest route ... I-75 North to I-40 East, get off at Exit 407. Direct into Sevierville. Lots of traffic thru Sevierville/Pigeon Forge after getting off interstate, but route is basically flat if that is your goal.

75N to 40E to exit 407 goes directly into Seveirville is the most direct route. Definitely avoid 40 E or W next couple of weeks is down to 1 lane for road work near the TN/NC border

Yes we have been that way before but we like 75,411,321 to 441. Then we turn left and go to just before where the BIG Gorilla is hanging off the side of the building. There was a Ruby Tuesday at the corner where we turned but it burn down several months ago. After you go past the Holiday Inn Express you continue straight into the campground Riverbend campground. .Thanks for the input.

411 doesn't exit from 75 in TN. Did you mean Exit 81 which is 321 that goes all the way to Townsend and continues to pigeon forge?

No. It does not. 411 is just above Cartersville you exit at the Science Museum. Exit then turn right that's 411.

Atlanta to Sevierville up I-75 to I-40 is a piece of cake. I have had my Class C and my travel trailer before that through there many times and there is only 1 real hill to traverse and it is nothing.

I have had my travel trailer over the big mountain between Chattanooga and Knoxville and it turned out to be a piece of cake too. I barely touched the breaks going down and had little trouble going up.

My main concern is one day going out west where there are very large mountains.

We have gone over the mountains which is a beautiful ride. It's really not that bad just put sure engine and lower gear when necessary. If you have any concerns then go 75 to 40 and on in that way

Easiest and fastest just take I 75 to I 40. If we are not taking camper then back roads and shorter. Later RJD
