Diluted "Simple Green", a long handled scrub brush and elbow grease.
Spray the awning down with water, scrub it down with the simple green. Roll the awning up and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Open the awning and spray with more water to keep it wet. Scrub again if needed, rinse and let it dry.
