I know I came accros this topic before but can't seem to find it now. Any tips on how to clean leaf stains off of the awning?

Murphy's soap half cup of bleach in a bucket of warm water, use long handled brush and soak then roll up and give it about 15/20 minutes unroll and rinse, keep walking off the trailer side to.

Tried magic eraser on our camper's black streaks. It faded them a bit but did not get rid of them.

I use the some Dawn and bleach mixed with a couple gallons of water. EI spray it on, then roll up the awning and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Unroll the awning, scrub it, and rinse well. if there's still any stains, just repeat the steps. It's worked pretty well so far. I hate having white on the inside of the awning.

I've had good luck with Totally Awesome from the Dollar Tree or the generic Tilex from the local Family Dollar.

The big questions is there anything you can put on it when it's clean to help it keep clean? 303 or something equivalent?

Here are a few links to "Awning Cleaning" on this forum:

Personally, I used Tilex last month on my awning and it was completely clean with no stains what so ever. After pulling out my awning, I dampened both sides then sprayed it with Tilex, rolled it up for about 10 minutes and rinsed after unrolling. This worked better than any scrubbing I've done in past years. After cleaning, just be sure to let it completely dry before rolling it back up.
