Awning light strip question

does anyone know if the led strips being installed by the factory (coachmen) are dimmable? It does not come with a dimmer but I am looking to add one.

It will dim on its own when bulbs start burning out. I'm on my third set under warranty but have given up. They keep replacing crap with crap. Not sure I would bother with a dimmer, but they certainly are too bright, even with half of them burned out.

You can buy aftermarket dimmers on Amazon. Did it for mine but also installed my LED strip myself and it's been working perfectly for over a year. Cost me less than $35 for all.

Yes they can be dimmed. I modified mine on my Hemi 286RL. Here is a link to how I did it with Pictures. http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...cs-119231.html
