Aww Hail

Well guess who's 2 month old truck just got hail damage..
Yeah mine...
We were actually fortunate. Appears we were on the edge of the really big stuff. Largest I saw were several of golf ball size. No window damage to either car, just a few dings in hood and roof that I can see so far. Many people got very significant damage just a mile away.
Still sux....

hail damage

wow,
sorry you had bad weather. here in louisiana, for once I'm glad I'm in
the south region & not in the north. these series of storms has been
really rough for many.... just a small thought, dent-less repair should
be the way to go....

That really does suck. I know we were supposed to get some severe weather the other night and just brought home our new Excursion. My husband and I spent 3 hours frantically rearranging the garage so we could pull The Beast in. Of course, no severe weather, but I feel for you.

Yeah, we're probably going the dent repair route. It's not terrible but just knowing it's there eats me up.

I hope you keep that stuff over there on your side of the line.

Just down I-20 we're still trying to recover from last weeks flash floods. We got so much water that our river ran backwards. Don't need any hail to go with it.

That really bites! I wonder how the new aluminum 150s hold up?? LOL Living in Colorado, hail is a common occurrence here in the spring. I wouldn't own an aluminum bodied vehicle just for that reason.

Another reason...would be it's a Ford!......A person waits and works just to get something nice and that happens....sorry....any way to have a shelter that could be erected for just that reason?

We had some white stuff last night and this morning too-snow. I'd rather have snow than hail. Sorry for you.

I understand about phones and weather apps and all that. We went to bed with just a threat of possible rain in the morning, nothing severe. Woke up at 4am, had not been monitoring the weather as I slept, that one's on me. Anyway, woke up to winds just starting to blow around 60 mph and a lot of hail. Don't know how I was supposed to check my phone while sleeping but I'll work on it.

Was strange because our phones give the weather warning signals and none came through this time.

Did I not make myself clear this morning, or do you just not listen? We're getting hail now. Why didn't you keep over on the west side of the line?
