Axles hitting the frame.

Hi everyone.
We just bought a slightly used 32 srv toy hauler. Long story short. With one Harley and enough stuff for two people the axles are hitting the frame. I have tried all week to speak with someone at Lippert, but have been unsuccessful. I weighed the rig on our way home and the whole rig weighed app. 18.500 with 9300 on the trailer axles. I think the axles are rated at 12.000. Anybody have any comments?

No. It rides level. You cant even put two fingers between the axle and frame. Thanks Tim

That's interesting. What did it look like before you put anything in it?

I am looking at a picture of one online. It looks like you couldn't put a fist in between the top of the tire and the cutout for the slide, granted it's not a great pic, but there appears to be about a foot between the axel and the floor

So I am looking at my axles..and I said to myself "Self, how do axles hit the frame when they are rigidly connected?"
