We do this and are starting to get our system and vocabulary down, so a lot less yelling and screaming now. Only problem is a bad phone connection at the storage, so will be getting walkie talkies.

Iím pretty decent ant backing a trailer, but by no means an expert. DW spots for me using our phones so me yelling. And Iím not afraid to pull forward and try again. Bad enough to have to fix my TR let alone the neighbors. I have some room at home but itís an elevated drive with 5-6 foot drop on on both sides.

I've watched people struggle to back a 5ver in to spot...going off the edge of the pad, jackknife in the middle of the pad....some as long as 45 mins to get the trailer in, only to find out they're "Full Timers" that have been traveling for 10 years.

What?! Last July I did my best to help this guy back in to his spot. I watched for a little while and realized he was going to destroy something. Even after I offered assistance he still almost hit the power pole. This must of been brand new to him heck maybe never ever towed a utility trailer. This was no big camper it was the size if not smaller than an Rpod.

We all have our days... every once in a while, I pull into a spot and itís like my brain goes, ďnah, not today.Ē

Heck, the spot Iím in now was a pull-thru that took us a good 15-20 minutes to get situated on. Sewer on one side and paved patio on the other = very narrow window to hit.
