BAL lock arm

Does anyone have or has used the BAL lock arm stabilizing bar? I see they are on sale at CW at a very low price. Just curious if they really work or is there a better option?

Haven’t used them they have very good reviews on Amazon 1 penny more then cw and they are prime eligible

I have them on our current 5er and had them on our previous 5er. They work well for us.
