While I don’t own a Dynamax, I want to thank you for being a member of this forum. It is rare to find a person like you on any public forum, who will put himself out there to help people and at the same time subject himself to criticism and attacks, personal and professional, for the whole world to see.

I admire the patience you display with other members and for your commitment to Dynamax and Forest River. It must, sometimes, be tough being in the position you have decided to put yourself in, and I’m sure that sometimes you must regret being so accessible. But, you hang in there for the sake of helping others and improving your brand.

You are a good man.

While I have "no dog in this fight", I have read many of BC's postings. I can only wish the other divisions of FR would do the same. It would go a long way to alleviate some of the recurring issues.

Having said that, I own a Prime Time unit. Other than a few original issues with the slides that took a long time to iron out, P.T. stood behind the product and stepped in when needed. Too bad they did not use better adhesive on the wallpaper.....but, I am still pleased with my unit and the support I have gotten.

Agreed! But he still helps us a bit if asked, as he did in a previous thread on a bunk modification. He provided the drawings of the rail mod, which I will modify for my Sunseeker.
And yes, I told him the same thing.... Wish he were at Sunseeker.
