Best app for free camping
I am looking for an app that shows free campsites but not interested in parking lots. We find ourselves traveling during the 4th of July week and many public campgrounds are full, even the non reservable/walk up ones. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Not an app, but a lot of people seem to use freecampsites.net to find the State Forest camping area in upstate NY where I camp in the summer.
