If you are talking about the big lug nuts on Motorhomes or higher torque, this is what you need, a torque multiplier. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Torque-Mult...t/172086851127

I used my Dewalt 20v 5Amp to remove and install the huge bolts on my son's pin box. They are torqued to 160lbs and this thing spun them off like there was no resistance at all.

Rocco52, if they were anything like mine, they either were never tightened correctly, or they worked themselves loose! Shortly after I bought my 5’r, I noticed it was bouncing differently from the hitch, as well as getting close to my bed rails. Only had 4 bolts with 2 empty, now has all six bolts, nice and tight.

You could be right. This one had a 2' long tube mounted to it with the hitch at a ninety degree angle at the bottom to attach to the ball in the bed of the truck. The welds were broken on both sides of the pin box and the tube had bent forward at about a 30 degree angle! He was lucky to have made it home.
