Big Mistake! Got the FEVER, AGAIN!
Even though the weather was going to get bad yesterday we still got out of the house and drove down to Knoxville to pick up a thing or two for the ROO. Got a great deal on some MaxxAir vent/rain covers (no more rushing back to close vents!) That wasn't the mistake..
The mistake was before we left the lot at WeekendRVcenter.com we stopped to check out a few of the 5th wheels.. OMG we have found it! NOW to find the $$$$$ to pay for it! But then we could always trade in our ROO, but I love it so much. AND then there is that last little tiny detail of what to pull the 5th wheel with!
But we did fall madly in love with a Rockwood 8280WS that was on the lot. It's bad when actually we could probably swing getting it, but then wouldn't have a way to get it home or go out with it!
Win the lottery? LOL NOT.... been trying that for years. OH well...

Good choice...we love our 8280WS. Can't wait 'til Easter for our camping trips to begin!

I'd love to have it tomorrow. But it may be a few years down the road. Got to get another truck to pull it with first. But it sure is a sweet camper.... that's for sure!

Nice floorplan. I love the kitchen area and the wardrobe slideout.

Does the Rockwood 8280WS have any power outlets in the super slide and outlets in the bedroom? I would want to replace dining table with a desk with a Computer on it. Where is the phone jack as well? I would also like to move the sofa where the chairs are and the chairs where the sofa is. Has anyone tried this?

No outlets in the superslide...closest outlet on that side by the E.C.
One outlet on each side of the bed plus one mounted high by the cable connection for the optional TV.
Not sure where the phone jack is...believe it's in the E.C.
Swap chairs and sofa if you like...the sofa's not attached to the floor.
