Black Tank Leak

I was wondering if anybody else has had the same problem. I have a 2016 Prime Time Crusader 337QBH 5th Wheel. The black tank is leaking from the top when it reaches about 2/3. I called a dealer in NJ and he claims that I left the blank tank flusher running for too long and it caused a rubber grommet to dislodge. He said this would not be covered as a warranty item. I called Prime Time and they said they have not heard this. They told me that the fitting is threaded. I live on LI NY and I purchased the trailer in Virginia so it is not feasible to take the trailer to VA. Not sure if they do not want to do the work because I did not purchase it from them. This is my third trailer and I have never heard that you should only run the flusher for 5 minutes.

I would ask them where in the owners manual it says the max amount of time to flush a toilet and how can you prove this is what is happening or happened? I have flushed my toilet for long periods of time with no issues. I call the BS police on this one.

Happened to us with a 2012 Columbus - out of FR warranty of course, but my extended warranty policy paid to have it and one of the gray water tanks replaced for only my $100 deductible. Both tanks were found to have tiny cracks in them. All insulation was replaced as well since it became water logged from the leaks.

Not talking about flushing the toilet. Black tank flush for cleaning the black tank. Total BS!

Mine should have shot "craps" a long time ago then. I run my black tank flush on my grey wolf 26dbh for probably 30-45 minutes when doing my final dump at a full hookup site.....WITH the black tank flush hose on unregulated pressure.....and grey wolfs are suppose to be at the bottom of the pack. I fill and flush probably 6+ times and let it run between flushes no issues. Sounds like a dealer dodging the work.
