bought a used TT

We decided to buy a used ( 2005 ) TT . Fleetwood prowler 250rks. For some occasional camping here in Michigan. Spring, summer ,fall. The couple that owned it couldn't camp any more .. just wondering ..what should i be concerned with as far as exterior caulking and the like ?

Check all caulked seams (roof, sides etc) and windows, door frame etc. Redo any areas that are cracked or lifting.
Check the date on the tires and replace if they look wore out or more than 6 years old.
Have the battery load tested.
Repack wheel bearings and check brakes and that the break away switch is operative.
Check if anode rod in water heater is still OK.
Sanitize the fresh water system.

Run all the electrics. With shore power and then on battery. Before you go out on your first trip. Download all the manuals for all your appliances. Get the trailer manual it may help you to find bypass valves or hidden switches.
