Is it safe to use a Breville Smart Oven in the RV? I purchased the oven for my home and absolutely love it. Size is bigger than a regular toaster oven, but this thing can do it all. Bake, Roast, Toast, settings for things like bagels, toast, cookies, pizza, etc. Convection oven feature can be used or turned off. I really enjoy using it at home and can't remember the last time I used my stove oven, and that got me wondering if it could be used safely in the RV. I only forsee using it while on shore power, but it is listed at 1800W. Would that work? I know I might need to shut off other things like A/C to use it and I'm fine with that.
I'm not comfortable using the MH stove or oven very much. I guess the Breville oven would be "glamping" it up!! Thanks for any help!
Not sure it matters, but I have a 2014 FR Georgetown 280DS. It has an Onan 5500 generator.....hmm, could it run off the generator alone?? Just wondering
