I had a similar bubble and got this reply from Alpha-

Hello Sir,

Air pockets/bubbles are not uncommon on the roof especially the closer you get to the edge of the unit. It is best to just leave them and keep an eye to make sure they donít start to grow or spread. As long as they adhered the rest of the roof correctly you should not have any issues and the air pockets should not be able to spread.
