Bubbles in roof

We bought a Grey Wolf 22RR toyhauler on 12/04/15 in Ohio, an 8 hr. ride for us. When I got home I looked on the roof to check it and found bubbles at about 3 different places. Is this normal? I emailed Forest River on Saturday and have not gotten a response from them.

During the manufacturing process of some types of roofs, the glue used to secure the rubber to the wood decking goes through a “curing” process. In some instances, the glue continues to “cure” after the rubber is in place and the gas causes an air pocket. Typically, they will never get any larger and do not pose any threat for leakage or structural problems. If your unit has an air bubble that is making you uncomfortable, have your dealer check it for your piece of mind.

My roof looks just like yours retired06, We live in Buffalo N.Y so the trailer is down till spring. I don't know if it was like that when we picked it up, I never looked. If it will be alright when it warms up, then fine but I wish Forest River would respond so at least they know, and it is on record. They only give you a 90 warranty on the roof.

I wouldn't worry about that at all. Bubbles like that will come and go as the temperature changes.

I sent the pictures to the dealership and they gave me the reps number. I was glad to have it on record while it was still under warranty.

I would not worry, just document. For things like this, sometimes the fix can be worse than the symptom.
