Bunk house electric bed lift in Storm toyhauler

Just curious if anyone has an issue with the plastic gears on the bottom of the lift rail, the ones with chain attached I had one that got a dirt clod in it and it appears it sheared of the gear. Horrible sound when lifting the bed back up. I'm going to remove the cover so I can get a better visual, just wondering if anyone has had similar issues?

Find someone with a 3d printer and make a few spares.

LOL just noticed I wrote storm in the title. It an XLR Boost. Anyway I had the chance to pull the covers off of what I thought was a gear, it ended up being a chain keeper. The problem is the chain is way lose, couldn't find a way to tighten it up so I guess I have to take it in. It still works but makes one he!! of a noise when the chain catches on metal under the keeper.
