Bunk Mattresses

We're getting ready to purchase camper #2... We've been curious about this since camper #1 And was hoping someone could give us and answer. So... We've noticed that some of the bunk mattresses have a quilted type cover and some have just a plain cover. My first thought was that the quilted ones are an upgrade but ive never seen that option. Is there a difference between them? One better than the other? Or are they just purchased from different suppliers?

They were standard and I did not see any kind of upgrade options for them.

Adults found them rather uncomfortable and so we've added 3" or 4" of foam to be used below them from foambymail.com:

Yep... Those are the one... And here are the others without the quilted tops. Just not sure what the difference is?

No clue, but I'm betting they both (ahem) "vacuum".
