Cable TV only in the bedroom

Just took my new Heritage Glen 272RLIS for a test before the big Memorial Day weekend coming up and noticed that after I plugged the cable TV to the main outlet, I can only receive the signal in the bedroom. I called the local cable company and the tech checked the signal from the campground to the trailer and it was good, but the connection to the TV in the living room or the other outside connection didn't get the signal, however the signal was perfect in the bedroom.
Is there anything I should do before take it back to the dealer for a check up?
Thanks in advance

Had a similar issue on my last tt. Discovered the cable had not been connected behind the wall at the entertainment area. Dealer would be my recommendation to save a lot of frustration.
