My manual crank end is in the propane compartment on the street side of the 5er and the hand crank was in the basement. I put the hand crank in the street side propane compartment and also made a socket to fit the manual crank to be able to use my cordless drill on it. The hand crank takes forever and the drill makes it a lot faster and easier should I ever need it.
