Camper 9/11 - landing gear isn't working

The delivery driver is here to take my camper. The landing gear won't work. The battery is likely dead, but we've plugged the umbilical cord into his truck. Nothing happens on extend or retract.

When I brought it to the storage lot, the switch wouldn't work at first. It did eventually, but not right away.

He has another battery, but we can't get into the box because of the dang square headed screws and my tools are at home (we're at the storage lot).

Ideas? My wife is running to HD for a screwdriver.

If the landing gear is hydraulic, which I suspect it is, it's possible the temperature is preventing it from working. Fluid is too thick. Can you hear switch or no?

A long shot but there should be a fuse (probably automotive style) somewhere between the battery and the landing gear motor. Check that.
