campfire chairs

Is there a campfire chair that is more user friendly to a 65 year old back? Once I am in a chair,I am ok. It is getting in and out that sometimes is a challenge. I would like a comfortable chair, easy in and out, nap friendly, and stable if adult beverages are consumed. Any suggestions?

PLEASE DO NOT confuse these with standard folding tote chairs...
there is a GOOD reason they cost $90.. your back is well supported

very sturdy and will not fold up to pressure exerted on the arms when pushing up and off the chair.

We have similar ones like these - sit firmer and higher than standard folding chairs

We got them at Walmart for approx $30 each

I dislike the ones that fold up and go in a tote bag the cross brace is hard on the back of the legs.

So I got two gravity chairs from Costco for $50 EA, they look like this one and come with a detachable cup holder.

I've got and use director chairs with the folding side table. I got tired of throwing myself out of the chairs when I was ready to stand up. Those fold up and stick in a bag chairs are very uncomfortable to DH and myself

Hi, these are the best chairs, unfortunately some bolts snap, but easily fixable

We use the zero gravity chairs as well. I bought ours at Theisen's on a Black Friday sale for $25 each. Very sturdy and great for taking naps!

We purchased a couple of rocking chairs at Cabellas a few weeks ago. They rock, using pistons and the bottom of the chairs sit flush to the ground. These chairs are not very good for napping, but are wonderful to just sit by the fire in. DH had both knees replaced and has had 2 back surgeries. He really likes them because they are a couple of inches higher and he can use the rocking motion to propel him out of the chair.
