we had a womens college volleyball team camp across from us last year.

I thought they were nice. DW didn't seem to thrilled about it

Learn how to disable your car alarm.

I swear to all that is holy, every time we go camping some moron sets off their car alarm at 6 am, then spends 15 minutes trying to find the keys then can't figure out how to shut it off.

I don't have kids, but I think that anytime we go to a family-oriented campground, we should expect to hear the sounds of kids being kids and having fun within reason....until quiet hours, that is.

Not just camping... I can't understand people getting angry with kids having a good time. That's part of the worlds problem. No tolerance. Yes, proper parental training means having respect for others. That should be a given.

Some people get mad at young/other people laughing and having a good time. Just not cussing and being rude...having a good time.

Hmmm ... there are a LOT of campground / parks with gravel roads and low speed limits. "Please" be respectful of those low speed limits, everyone else at the campground / park does NOT want to eat dust. Plus, there are very likely kids at play ....

Using the car / truck horn to "signal arrival" or "let the kids know it's time to go" is kinda ... impolite as well.

Headlights are great for seeing where you are driving and such, but it's really okay to kill them if the light isn't needed for driving or seeing what you are doing.
