Campground Guide Book Recommendation Needed

We're heading across country and looking for a campground book to take along - a physical book with state road maps noting campground locations, names, and (preferably) phone numbers. Any suggestions?

We carry the Good Sam Travel Guide with us. If you are a member of Camping World you can buy it for $6.95. It lists over 12,000 campgrounds with each state listed separately with the state map. You can also buy the book at Amazon for $19.95.

You can also download the RVParky app to your smartphone and it will list RV parks along your route. The app is free.
