Camping Information

I like to stay at state campgrounds most often and decided to begin researching where I could plan a trip and find the state parks along the way. Each state park has its own website and it is a PIA to learn the nuances of each website. I tried to find software or a book that would outline all 50 or 48 states but I cannot find one. Has anybody found a good book or know how to go about researching the state camp grounds? I tried Reserve America site, but there was some mention of a user fee and I am not sure they are aligned with all the 48 states. Any moments are appreciated.

What information are you trying to learn? Just the existence of SP campgrounds? Or specific rules and fees?
