As a former online technical support rep, I can tell you with a great amount of certainty that you will not be connected to Christina again, even if you ask. Chances are, she won't be at the same call center as you dialed into, and unless you have more than a common1st name, there's no way to find her.
Secondly, don't tell us you are going to email her supervisor, do it! Customer feedback is vital, but it also has to be timely.
