Canada RVers

I would like to reach out to all of you that have been effected by the terrible fires and hope that you and yours are safe. If I can help in some small way let me know.

Thank you. Although not directly impacted by the wildfires in Fort Mac we are in a community that is receiving many of the evacuees and we're doing what we can to make their lives more bearable. There is going to be a huge ripple effect as displaced residents from that area are cared for, some of several years I would be willing to bet.

As an Ontario resident I can tell you our hearts and prayers are with you in Alberta. Many of us are rounding up what we can to help.

This will probably get me in a little hot water. I hope our Govt.is willing to help our neighbors to the north as much as they are to the ones on the south.

Our news has reported USA, Mexico and even Russia has offered to help fight the blaze. Pierre Trudeau our priminister has refused the help. It alittle odd as Canadians we are always ready to help others both locally and internationally for that I am proud..but to refuse the help from others truly puzzles me

I have sent an email to Gov. Jerry brown asking what CA. and the federal Govt. is doing to help. Lets hope it is positive.Odd we help those that don't really like us. Lets hope Mr. Trudeau lets us show we also want to help allies.

Bowmanville, unfortunately Pierre Trudeau had passed away some time ago (Sept/2000). His SON, Justin is our Prime Minister presently!
